Volleyball 2010 summer schedules

Attached are calendars for June, July, and August 2010. If you are intersted in trying out for the Skyline Volleyball team for the 2010 season, it is encouraged that you attend summer weight room/conditioning and open gyms.

Choose Top Leg Camp

The ability to use your legs from the top position to control your opponent is one of the ultimate equalizers in scholastic wrestling. The Choose Top Leg Camp is a wrestling camp that is designed to teach you to stay in good position, score, pin, and defend legs.

The Skyline Choose Top Leg Camp will run on July 23, 24, 25. All Skyline wrestlers are strongley encouraged to attend. Register online here: REGISTER or complete the attached form and turn it in with payment to Coach Keel

Skyline Volleyball Clinic

The Skyline Volleyball Clinic will be held July 26, 27, 28, 2010 from 5:30-8:30. The cost of the clinic is $30.00 and is open to all 6th - 12th graders. Please see the attached for information. If you have any questions, contact Coach Detweiler at ldetweiler@wcps.k12.va.us or 540-327-4664.

Soccer Clinic

Hello Ladies

On the 16^th of September we start our

semi-annual FUN raiser.We run the soccer

clinic for the Front Royal Soccer Association.

The clinic runs for 6 weeks on Wed. evening

from 6:00 pm until dark at the Skyline SoccerPlex.

This is a joint fund raiser with Warren County High School.

Each week we rotate with Warren County High

so each school only has to work every other wed. evenings.

It is important that everyone shows up

and puts in there time.

This is a opportunity for you to teach the kids in the

community the art of soccer.

You will learn more about soccer then you realize

just by teaching the kids, they will learn, and have you

to thank for there new found soccer skills.

Skyline High School has the first Wednesday September 16^th.

Everyone that signed up please be there by 5:15 so we can

go over some instructions, Those of you that did not

sign up be there also.

Volleyball Camp 2011 - CANCELLED

Attached you will find information on volleyball camp for July 11, 12, 13, 2011 from 4:30-7:30. This camp is open to any WCPS girl grades 8-12 (2011-2012 school year). I highly recommend you attend this camp if you plan to tryout this fall. You will be instructed by Division 1 University of Akron volleyball coaches and players.
